In 2004, Parlour Enterprises filed suit in California Superior Court in Santa Ana, against The Kirin Group (link at left). This is not the first time that Farrell's has been embroiled in legal problems. In the 1980's the marketing firm that maintained Farrell's birthday club database sold that database to the Selective Service. Farrell's had to summon its mighty legal counsel to get the list back.
