This Logo is similar to the previous logo, but with the banner width reduced relative to the gibson couple, and modified typeface. Used on most company items through 1982.

This logo was created for the 1976 makeover. The “Dining & Ice Cream Parlour” moniker was dropped after a year, but the new name design was kept. Logo was trademarked (number 1078643, cancelled in 1984)

This logo was unfurled in 1983 as part of Farrell’s attempt to reinvent itself. It again emphasized food over ice cream and portrayed a “grown-up” image. This logo is registered with the U.S. Trademark office (number 1304273). When Farrell’s returned to the paper menu in 1985, the “Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlour” logo was changed to “Ice cream - Food - Fun”.

This little-used variation on the logo was created in 1985. It was used primarily for internal correspondence, and offered for use in promotional literature, although it was not used on menus or storefront signage.
